Amabilla said shortly after the elections that the president could not be sued and that the case would be dismissed. The others argued that it was possible because the allegations were against Mahama as a candidate and not Mahama as a president. It looks like Ambilla's legal tools are not sharp enough
I believe every court would have done what this court has just done to present deliberate tactics of delaying the proceedings. NDC employed many tactics to delay the case in the past and every observer noticed that, including the Supreme Court.

pepeni can not be trusted period , in this world today when Muslims and their undercover agents disguised as Christians have the agenda to destroy all virtues and values we uphold we must be vigilant and not be deceived. Boston paid the price already and here in Ghana we see the inflation of northerners across all parties following the instructions of their imams and religious leaders to seize control of the country to undermine and destroy the Akans, for which pepeni found allies with ewes and gas who have the same agenda and motives. look at akuffo addo the bofrot of a fool who took as his vice bawumia who could even bring him a single vote from the north and even whose mother campaigned against him . see general mosquito the court jester of a goat serving this regime that will annihilate his own people one day. these are serious times for those who can look at the ugly truth in the face and tell these devils to get lost. our people get poorer by the day despite the wealth we sit on , no water and electricity , every week one shortage or another of basic goods and services yet their propaganda machinery tell us all is well and normal . every office and institution of govt is in the vice grip of corruption as they make sure only selfish greedy bastards control them, no jobs or development as kotoka and rawlings the ewes saw to that now pepeni will finish the job of putting the final nails in the coffin of the Akans but we have the medicine for him. we shall most surely be free sooner or later from this devil, long live the republic of Akan

Just as Ghana does not belong to ANY ethnic group, so also does Ghana belong to ALL Ghanaians. No one ethnic group, big or small, owns Ghana. So, the matter is either ALL or or NONE.
All religions, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, or Paganism, etc. do not belong to any one tribe in Ghana. There is no one religion in Ghana in particular, and the world in general, that does not not have everyone inclusive. So, just as Christianity is not a religion for Akans and other non-Pepes, so also does Islam not belong to Arabs, Pepes, Northerners, Gas, and Ewes. Have we not heard the term Asante and Fante Kramo? Have we not heard the name Pastors Awuni and Dogo?
All Muslims know what Judaism and Christianity are about; all Muslims know the relationship and differences between Judaism, Christianity and Islam; all Muslims do not fear any threats of distortions, misleads, and mis-guidance from Jusaism and Christianity because they know their religion very well. Therefore, Muslim preachers don't warn Muslims against relating to and befriending Jews and Christians.
A few churches I attended bored me with Muslim criticisms, condemnations, and insults without any substantive facts. The church members were to, as much as possible, to stay away Muslims. He called Muslims 'devils', 'magicians', 'influential', and 'powerful to convince and deceive you to Islam'. The final and strongest warning was for the church members to keep away from reading the Qur'an.
Even though the Muslims do not need to read the Holy Bible to understand the position of the Jews and Christians, many Muslims scholars read the Holy Bible just for curiosity. And in doing so, the Muslims add more knowledge to what they already have known about these religions from the Qur'an.
Until members of other religions open up and learn about their surroundings and their neighbors, they will continue to remain the tools by which Pastors and so-called Prophets make a living through misguidance and delusion.
If Amaliba said you can't sue Mahama as President, he was right if the statement did not say it was targetting Mahama as a caididate. Is that not true? I think, it is time we started respecting each other, from the highest to the lowest. Everyone is important and useful.
When Mitt Romney made his famous 47% statement, he forgot that the guys taking care of his whole life in his household were all in that category. You see how it cost him? God does make somebody learned and sombody illiterate for nothing - there are very good reasons.
If the guys who prepare the food in the restaurant; the guys who clean the streets; the guys who empty your cesspit; the guys who weed and water the grass and flowers to beautify the city; the guys who drive the taxis and tro-tros; the guys who do shoe-shine; the guys who make 'kaya-kaya'; the fitters and vulcanizers; and all those guys who perform the minial jobs, should be academically, financially, socially, and everythingly qualified as anyone, what will our society be like? House flies and mosquitoes are a bother human health and life, but these are creatures with very good economic values to the human being.
And if these weak and seeming useless creatures are so valuable economically to human beings, why do some of us ridicule fellow HUMAN BEINGS without pausing and thinking once? It is un-Jewish, un-Christian, un-Islamic, and in-human and immoral to insult, maltreat, condemn, and demean fellow human beings.
If Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and anything Ghanaian, are not able to instill human values in our hearts, then let's forget about religions. Amen.

Now that they have been exposed they are already feeling the heat. This Amaliba guy has lied since NPP decided to go court. He rubbished the NPP going to court by saying NPP cannot go to court. NPP eventually went to court. He then said NPP had no case and that the SC will throw out the case. This did not happen and he was seriously embarrassed on Citi fm by the station exposing him shamefully. And he still has the guts to go on one time respected radio program called News file as a panelist? God help us.

The supreme court is doing Tony Litur a favour. It was apparent they were bored with his repeated cross examination of duplicated pink sheet, and bored judges don't pay attention to your case. I agree with Amanbila that cross examination is to surprise the witness, but if the nature of the evidence forces Counsel to ask almost the same questions (as Tony Lithur did) then there is no element of surprise. No wonder After the first 3 duplicated pink sheets, Bawumia also simply provided the same (rehearsed) answer. It was as if Bawumia knew of the questions a week before. Tony Lithur has given to SC the opportunity to arrive at the same "no surprise" results without wasting everybody's time!

There are too many opportunists in Sikaman who have often accused the courts of unnecessary delays in the administration of justice and when the SC thought it prudent to ensure a speedy process in this case by making sure that nobody wastes its time, Amaliba and co are on their feet. I'm NDC blood and flesh and I support the SC.
Those like General Mosquito, Ben Ephson, and several NDCists who just yesterday were against the live telecast of the SC proceedings are now full of praise for the SC. Twea, these stomach politicians we have in Sikaman! Too many of them are politicalm illiterates and have made their ways up there through family connections, back-biting, gossiping, treachery, betrayal of friends etc.
We know them, well, well, to borrow a page from the Alataman.

When on our side, we have the backing of the international community and observers? anything tendered as evidence is subject to thorough examination by the opposite number. After 5 hrs of asking the same questing and getting the same answer, common sense would tell you to do something different. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the supreme court directives. They also have a mandate to move the case forward expeditiously. If NDC believe they did not steal the election then they have nothing to worry about. If they think NPP have double counted in their analysis, they should come out to tell Ghanaians what the correct figure is and whether it warrant 2nd round of voting or not.
Just as Bawumia didn't mention each polling station by name, NDC does not have to mention each alleged double counted station. It is all time wasting gimmick for guilty party.
