this is a sorry ass pathetic propaganda piece of work with no hard evidence nor does it properly address the issues. even a primary school boy could do better given the resources the govt and ndc have at their disposal. the rantings of a madman dont make a case no matter how loud he may shout . i will not go into the legal absurdities or poor interpretation of the forensics on this forum rather will just point out one glaring mistake instead of the word omissions he keeps insisting on commissions as he so power drunk from the commissions he receives from everybody be it the turkish gold lebanese , chinese , koreans , iranians or americans GE. this doc or afidavit of ndc is what will sink pepeni and his delay tactic specialist lawyers. muddling through using these buga buga style will not work this time . what a bunch of infantile fools

While completing the so-called pink slips weeks or months after the elections may be unseemly, the only thing sure about this belated act is a glimpse of the shoddy work of the EC. But it may also shed light on a pre-planned act of those who did not complete their pink sheets and or sign requisite forms on the day of elections.
So far there is nothing illegal about what these EC staff attempted to do unless they were completing and submitting duplicated sheets and or adding election pink slips that would otherwise inflate votes cast for either NPP and or NDC candidates. Most legal paper work do get completed after the fact and completing pink slips after the fact do not violate any laws nor by themselves constitute breach of any election laws. What the NPP ought to show is a link between these belated completion of pink slips and figures presented to the EC and or a link between these new pink slips and others submitted to pad the numbers for President John Mahama. It is in this rush to create news that NPP foot soldiers failed to use common sense and or judgment; they should have trailed these EC staff until those pink slips got to their destination where potential damage, if may have taken place.

I'm wondering if the Supreme Court Justices are privy about this criminal act by EC and NDC and their scouts? If not, I hope someone would help by keeping them informed. Although it's not part of NPP's affidavit, I believe it would give our Justices the picture about what the NPP is trying to show them and the whole world.

Everything points to the fact that the EC and the NDC have been doing this crazy thing over the years; now their cups are full! The NPP is firm in what they're trying to show Ghanaians and the world, because they have evidence presented to them by aggrieved ex-NDC supporters. Folks should remember that Maame Dorkono, Francess Essiam & Co., have all crossed carpet and are happy members of the NPP.

The intersting thing here to note is that the lady, Salamatu was trying to reach out to NDC supporters when she mistakenly called the number of NPP supporter. It's all the hand of God at work, and people should be happy about that. Can anyone just imagine that? It's all become a mystery. Wow!

The "Sasabonsam" party has lots of questions to answer and lots of explanation to do. The excitement has just began!

I think the three petisioners have and beginning to win more credibility among the public and International with the ongoing supreme court case!
