    So what is happening to candidates who were supposed to sit their exams at Kolege centre? What is the connection in the story between what has happened at Kolege and the examinations taking place at Wesley Grammah?

    Can't you people see that the writer made use of 'desolation' which meant nothing was on-going at the Kolege, high...the Wesley Grammar incident only tells that the incident at Kolege did not affect the examinations. Though i ...

    what about the circuit supervisor, the district and regional directors of education. they must be arrested as well for negligence of duty.
