Do you understand the meaning of conflict of interest? It is a rule used in business situations to avoid individuals taking decisions which will be influenced by one factor or the other.

For me, this is not about guilt but rather bad judgement on her part since she stands to benefit directly by her action. Since this is her husbands business which she definately has an interest in, she surely stands to benefit from the success of her husbands business. This is a no brainer.

You see, in August 2009 when this woman took over as CEO of MASLOC, she castigated, criminalised and bastardised all staff she met at MASLOC as thieves who had given the monies to their RELATIONS. Some staff were dismissed whilst others were made to proceed on leave without end. A few were maintained but they were re-assigned to the touchline without duties. She appointed HER own people she thought she could trust. Information leaking out is that her daughter-in-law is the cashier and her cook in the house is now with MASLOC accounts office. As for irregularities in MASLOC loan administration, the source confirmed that there are many. So if today, this CEO is behaving this way, then how would she describe herself given the way she treated the staff she met? That is the world's reality. She appeared several times on Radio Gold's 'Corruption forum'; why is Radio Gold not commenting now on her behaviour? Nanniama kadi kadi.

2. General AA Afrifa
3. Air Vice Marshal Yaw Boakye

These men were killed for being corrupt and using thier offices to amass wealth.
Today, under the very eyes of the one who sanctioned their execution and under the party the executioner formed, curroption has grown bigger in proportion, practiced by many in govt and curropt officer given standing ovation.
God have mercy of the souls of the departed gallant men who were sacrificed for people to grow more curropt including the executioner who now owns Nsawam Cannery and sees nothing wrong with it.
