Our policemen are very lazy, they only want to pre-occupy themselves with setting up barriers, harassing and collecting bribes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the visibility strategy – that is what policemen all over the world do, they patrol neighborhoods and streets to show their presence. Many countries have police live amongst their civilian counterparts and park their patrol cars in the neighborhood for the sake of visibility and crime deterrent. The police should shut up and get with the program.

Police officers thinking of going on demonstration is uncalled for since they are the root and source of discipline from where the civilians emulate. Can someone tell these police officers that people work in -20 degrees weathers for 12 hour shift a day 7 days a week? Yes, this is something new for them and it will take some time for the body to get use to it. We have a police hospital and they are entitle to free medical care so those with medical concern should visit for examination.I think beside stationing them at fix place we should also get them bikes that they can patrol the neighbourhood. I think its about time we use our police effectively to combat crime at all levels.
