Sir, you are part of the problem. After all this talk, all you could offer these kids is SOCCER, SOCCER... What about basketball, tennis, hockey, baseball, gymnastics, even cheerleading for the girls. Teenagers around the world will always have uncontrolled sex just like you did when you were young. The truth is our kids in Ghana don't even have any options to limit the inevitable. Kids get home from school, and instead of them engaging in some brain exercise, they are put to work, they have to labor (hard labor) at home before they can even be fed. Why won't they rebel, and enjoy the only good sport God created for mankind.

You officials just say stuff to make you feel important, not that you have any clue about what you might have said.

Is it only the students who are having uncontrolled sex? In a lawless country such as Ghana, even the abject poor street hawker is having sex and breeding more street hawkers. If there was law and order I promise you Ghana will be a better country, and the kids will immolate the role models, but no there aren't any. Ministers, Pastors, Directors, Bosses all have uncontrolled sex with their young employees, what do you expect in such a society. Football won't cut it...
