    Ghanaians generaly lack managerial skills that´s why everything own by government collapses. By new Airlines,new buses or build a new studium and hand it over to a Ghanaian to manage and he or she will ruin it.

    If the oil is in Takoradi, it only makes sense for the refinery to be close by for easy logistics. Before a tanker could trasport oil all the way from takoradi to teme, it would have already done at least five trips to pupuni ...
