Cell phones are many because they are made by whites. Hand over the making of cell phones to Africans and there will be shortage within one month. Corruption and greed.

Your thinking is purely black mentality. The white man made it and did he force you to use it? You can decide either to use or not to use. Black man with black mind and black thinking that won`t help in developemnt.

This can be a good source of generating revenue for the state to build more toilets for the people.A special tax can be impose on all cell phone owners to solve this problem.

The biggest disparity and irony is among the Gas of Ghana. The Gas have no toilets and yet they hold two phones and squat on the beaches of Ghana. They keep a July silence to honor the gods - their gods - and ban people from fishing of some days of the week. What primitivity. Aren't there any educated ones among them?

Mr Ghana was laying down carpet in some woman's home. As he was finishing, he got a craving for a cigarette. He looked around and discovered that his cigarettes were missing. He did, however, notice a bump in the carpet and figured that he had laid carpet over the pack without noticing it there. He decided rather than to take up the carpet, he would get a hammer and pound it into the ground so no one would know.
When he finished that, the owner of the house walked into the room and commented on what a nice job he had done.
"Mr Ghana, The carpet looks wonderful!" she exclaimed. "Here are your cigarettes; I found them in the kitchen. Oh yes, by the way, have you seen my cell phone?"

A man walks into a toilet store and asks the manager, "Can I buy a toilet?"
The manager says, "Of course, we have three, a wooden toilet, a metal toilet, and a singing toilet."
The man replies, "I'll take the wooden toilet."
Later, another man walks in and says to the manager, "Sir, I'd like to buy a toilet."
The manager replies, we have two left: a metal toilet and a singing toilet."
The man says, "I'll take the metal toilet."
Later, another man walks in and says, "Sir, I'd like to buy a toilet."
The manager says, "Sorry but we have one left and it is a singing toilet."
The man says, "I'll take it."
Later, all three of the previous men who bought toilets are back.
The first one says, "Sir, I do not like this toilet because everytime I sit, I get splinters in my butt."
The second says, "Sir, I don't like this toilet because it makes my balls too cold."
And the third guy says, "Yeah? Well I don't like my toilet because every time I sit down it sings, Do You See What I See?

Who is that researcher who thinks that comparing toilet can compare with cell phones? It is completely out of place!
Cell phones are individualistic, easily obtainable if affordable, even though not a necessessity. Cell phones are companions, being utilized every minute every day.
How about toilets - that some people use only once a day? Some people use the toilet once in three days; and once used, the toilet is forgotten of until the next morning or when needed again.
Toilets and Cell phones are nothing United Nation researchers should be talking about. Why not compare man's easier access to food or water than the other? Cell phones and toilets are NOT human priorities at all.
The toilet itself is a better manure on our farms and backyard gardens. In the Northern region of Ghana, rice farmers pay cesspit emptiers to dump toilets on their farms.
UN should find some better to research on, but not cellphones and toilets for humans. Nya tepe!
