    These useless governments have had no policy to conserve water and provide the citizens with regular and clean water supply. They only have policy to give out contracts and make money.

    Ghana can learn a lesson from Uganda. It's water & sanitation sector are rated the best in the developed countries. Uganda invested heavily on that sector.
