Is it really necessary to confuse us with "market premium"; "harmonization"; "standardization"; and those magical words, when you really don't mean to use them?
It is wrong for 'external' heads of departments to submit "appropriate inputs" to the Ministry of Finance in addition to your (FWSC) orders.

Teachers salaries is not determined by their output likewise many civil servants. Non performing teachers with various health conditions including mental disorders are paid and even promoted. Our sense of comparison is very poor. Despite the fact that some mps are boycotting Parliament, the attrition rate of an mp is higher than the teacher. If an mp is not re-elected in the next election, she/he looses his job. Let's make objective comparison and criticism to move our country forward.

Why can't we have excessive wage bill when the politicians think that they are the only people who attend funerals. They should stop telling our hard working teachers that balderdash so that they will come and teach us.
