  Ghanaians must realize that Santabaron Ltd has very powerful protectors in politics, the judiciary finance and the AGs who always protect their crooked dealings with the state, resulting in financial loss to the state. Only a public enquiry manned by honest and distinguished folks like Prof Adei will unravel the strange tale of invoice from India, Bill of Lading from China resulting in expired alum. Perhaps it is coincidence but it was the same company, SANTABARON which provided Bill of Lading covering 1760 pairs of gents synthetic leather shoes to represent an invoice covering almost 5000 pairs of Combat Boots which APEX CONSULTING Co used in an agreement to supply the Ghana Prisons Service. A corrupt judge and the AGs Dept collaborated to make the state pay 28 billion cedis for 1760 pairs of synthetic leather shoes instead of 3bn for abt 5000 full combat boots which were never imported ! By the way the financiers of Santabaron in the boots case was NDK Fin Svs. What abt the Alum importation and did the Auditor- Gen report the j/debt payment to NDK ?

  BIA and BNI should be bold and fearless to investigate the story that has made it in the National Headline "Gov't Agency loot From The State Purse" Billions of GHC has been looted meant for development and we lack water,electricity,roads,schools,industries and health care.BIA and BNI should follow up with Ghana Web and Banks to investigate these looting crime against tax payers.We are watching BIA and BNI.
