    Things definitely fall apart and death intuitively sprung no spontaneous surprise to Mr Chinua Achebe. In life, your mind was never wasted nor idle, and shall carry on ad infinitum. May the force be with you.

    Rest In Peace, Chinua Achebe. I read English Literature in Legon, several years ago. I greatly enjoyed your novels. Even now, while living abroad, when I am homesick for Africa, I sometimes still read your books.

    He was David and Mariann Fisher professor at Brown University!
    Until his death, Prof Achebe was lecturing at the David and Marianna Fisher University and also a Professor of African Studies at Brown University.
