I am surprised that a genuine Ghanaian Scientist would conduct a 3 year research into a product like this and ignore a long established Education & Scientific Research body like the GRIC. The thought simply beeats me. GRIC was first set up by the Colonial Administration as WEST AFRICAN COCOA RESEARC INSTITUTE, for the benefit of the whole of West Africa (that changed after Ghana's Independence). It does not mean the rheir research findings are not shared
For an individual Ghanaian to work on a such a meaningful project like this (where ever he studied) and not seek any assistance for CRIG. AND prefere not to be transparent, shows our mentality in Ghana

All Research work, including Scientific and Medical, needs a great deal of Funding. It is amazing that a Professor, obviously using facilities of Ghana's University Laboratory, should have the final results of his work reject ... read full comment
