Why was Sir John in a hurry to tow the accident car away? Sir John and the NPP know that Nana Addo will not make it through the court - he will lose the court case. The NPP would not and does not want Nana as presidential candidate for 2016. The next logical person after Nana is Bawumia but the NPP does not want a Northerner and a Pepeni presidential candidate so Bawumia must die to pave way for another Akan. That is NPP for you. Sir John and the NPP plotted this to take place in President Mahama's village to make it look like an NDC plot. With the plot failed, Sir John tows the vehicle to erase all traces of the plot. Sorry Bawumia, you are a big stooge to be dumped at all cost. Bawumia, you are Northerner and a Pepeni unfit to lead NPP therefore you must die. So sad but that is NPP for you. ARREST SIR JOHN NOW. When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them.

This case is a total absurdity...
What are the reliefs that Nana Akuffo Addo was seeking when he send the issue to the Supreme Court. Are the judges at the Supreme Court telling us that President John Mahama and the Electoral Commission should agree with those who file the case that they were wrong on so so and so. Were the defendants not in court to defend themselves or have they pleaded guilty?
Nana Akuffo Addo's petition is that election results announced and approved by the parties which took part in December 7 - 8, 2012 presidential elections in 11,965 poling station where John Mahama won are not true reflection of what took place. He is also saying that the people who voted in those pooling stations were not identified with biometric verification machines. He also contented that people voted in over 20 places that are not identified as polling stations. He is saying that votes from those polling stations in favour of John Mahama must be canceled and he be declared the winner of the presidential election based on the results from the remaining 15,340 polling station were he own.
The Supreme Court has been presented with the results from all the 26 thousand and over polling station, duly signed by representatives of the parties that took part in the election and countersigned by electoral officers by the Electoral Commission of Ghana. The same results have been Gazetted by the Electoral Commission. It is Electoral Officer or returning officers who declare election results and not contesting parties. Thus the Supreme Court in Ghana is just wasting everybody's time in this country by even entertaining such suit.

Eventually, they would be cross examined in court and a summary of their relevance of their testimony will be determined by the SC. If their testimony is redundant it could spell doom for them and the NDC. This is not a good legal advise.
