I don't even get this. Don't people pay premium? If you can get care with one registration why pay double? Besides, I know there are several people in Ghana who bears the same name as me. The only difference is our date of births and address.
No wonder people are calling on the CEO to resign. If simple issues as this is costing the scheme more money then he is not worth his post.
