He should have done his homework prior to releasing the names; obviously, the reshuffle may be a correction but does not look right for the government, certainly does not show Mahama being in “control”.

These regional ministers moving around as been done in the past and never worked why now? The problems of Ghana is not about inter-ethnic coexistence but getting those in charge of affairs to work and taking responsibilities and accountability for their actions and inaction There is so much EXCUSES in Ghana too much WHY?

Send Eric Opoku to Upper West Region, a Northernr to Central Region, Debra to Volta Region, Madam Ntonso to Eastern Region and Afotey Agbo to Brong Ahafo Region and then tell me you are serious. Sending Samuel Sarpong to Central Region and replacing him with Eric Opoku from Brong/Ahafo who have Ashanti roots will not change anything.

"does the President need permission from them before he does what he does…those are basic propagandist questions.”

For your Information, Dr Apaak, Ghanaians have a right under our Constitution to know these things because the President is HOLDING the GOVERNANCE of the Country in TRUST for the Ghanaian people.

THEREFORE, WHOEVER THE REGIONAL PARTY HEADS ARE SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME THE POSITION OF REGIONAL MINISTER. WHETHER OR NOT THEY EVEN WIN THEIR MP SEAT OR NOT. IT ALSO HAS TO HAVE THE APPROVAL OF THEIR POLITICAL PARTY. I THINK THE MEANDERING OF SUCH ISSUE BY THE PRESIDENT OR HIS OFFICE IS QUITE JUVENILE, AND ILL ADVISED. What a shame. Ghana has no time to waste on the politically lazy and the intellectually irrelevant in our society. No more 'yen akan fuor' but together we are Ghanaians is the agenda and so Ghanaians must be ready to serve Ghana in all capacities and at any corner of the country as it was well practised during Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah's period.
