In my town I know an official of this scheme (NHIS) who becomes a home owner only two years after becoming an employee of the NHIS, though he couldn't even catch up with his rent previously. Because, right from the director to the messager, they all have one thing in common; corrupted!!! What a wicked attitude of the blackman?
