Just stop reading the so called holy books and following this churches, it condemns your own consciousness ability power and enslaves you in your consciousness.   I advice every single african to draw them self out of this evil devilish church institutions with it god created ideologies which does not bring humanity any peace on this earth. This institutions with it machination have shed a lot of human blood, but humanity is still blind to see the truth. Still follows this degeneracy ideology. Wake up and grow up to be matured and take your own life responsibility in your hand and start using your intellect, rationality, sense and knowledge to solve your daily problems. This is your duty as a real human, but not a puppet zombie which religion has kidnapped you to be.
