Maybe it is now time for the corrupt 'Bosses' to be held accountable for their deeds.

Ghanaians in high positions abuse their offices to illegally enrich themselves because they know they can get away with it.
Our NPA Bosses will argue that they gave the contract to the one with the CHEAPEST equipment(A). They do not care whether that equipment(A) does not yield the required results, or is durable. In the end, the whole SYSTEM will turn to be much more expensive for the nation because extra and expensive efforts somewhere will have to be made to correct mistakes, which were excluded by the other (rejected) equipment(B).
The only advantage in equipment(A) was the private profit for the NPA Boss
