For the Police PRO, he must and ought to know that ignorance is not a defence or an excuse for wrong doing. The police must act and if found to have smoked illegal substance in public, he should at least, be cautioned and deported to give a clear and strong message that Ghana will not tolerate those who break the law.

Some of us are very naive and I'm getting tired of some of the churches. You sit around and let Adom fm and TV shows/broadcast pornography and have a nerve to call it "Woba Ada Anaa". And sometimes they host these so called Elders and pastors. They mean to say pornography is legal in Ghana? I don't smoke pot and I don't associate with pot smokers but for the churches and other people to intervene and called for stranger who doesn't know the law to be arrested, is making me sick.
If you have any problem with what he did, call the sponsors to put him and others inline instead of calling for his arrest.

Condemning such bad behaviour does not in any way take away the need to pursue developmental agenda to better our lives! Snoop travelled to Jamaica and was baptized into the Rastafarian religion, he is now called Snoop Lion. Snoop was banned from England until David Beckham, British soccer player, relocated to California and joined Snoop, who has a tremendous athletic program that trains thousands of young people in different athletic activities, because of Snoop's relationship with Beckham, plus his goodwill exposure, the British moved to lift the ban on Snoop Lion.

Beckham could not have been hanging with Snoop and not be a bit Snoopish, however, rather than linking Beckham to weed smoking, the biased and racist press acted as though Beckham's presence sanitized Snoop, and made him acceptable to them.

The Rollong Stones, Willie Nelson and many other white stoners go on stage in every country in the world, stoned to the bone, these entertainers are old enough to be Chris Brown's grand father, but they are not hounded by the racist press, as our young African entertainers are.

I am not one of those Africans who fall victim to the enemy's propaganda machine, and their relentless attacks on every facet of African life, our young people must be protected, and that's part of revolutionary responsibility.

Since everyone liked him, they decided to use a code word: “fallen.”
From then on, anyone who had committed adultery said they had “fallen.”

This satisfied the old priest and the parishioners, and everything was fine
for years, until finally the old priest passed away at the ripe old age of 93.

Shortly after the new young priest settled in, he paid a call on the mayor.

The Police know their work. The law is no respecter of persons (citizens and foreigners). Ghanaians who visit Togo and other French-speaking countries know how obedient the people are and how strict the law enforcers are with any law breaker. Many Ghanaians have been arrested by Togolese Police for "walking on Grass" although are are no "Keep off the Grass" signs anywhere.

In Ghana, we ourselves will encourage foreigners to break our laws. Believe me or not, investigations will show that Ghanaians told him he could smoke on stage and nothing would happen because he is a 'popular foreigner'. Togo Police will arrest and punish any foreigner who breaks their law.

Someone ever had the chance to ask why there are no 'keep off the grass' signs in in Lome. He was told that Togolese are aware that they should not walk on grass; so it was not necessary to post any signs; and it is in Ghana that Ghanaians walk on the grass.

I feel somebody in the Police Service should be queried for Police inaction agains this rogue after pocketing a million dollar.
