There are those in the NPP that are demonstrating, "let my vote count". Is that not what these groups are saying? Exactly what they are saying, "do not annul our votes, let our votes count". What is wrong with that?

The best Nana can get is a rerun and not annulment of these peoples's votes.

But if I keep dragging the issue and pushing people to join in the suit just to prolong the proceeding, then boy you do not need the judge to give me a guilty verdict - the issue speaks for itself. So far NDC/EC have not put up a single denial rather than claim these 'minor electoral mistakes' happen everywhere in third world countries. If this is so, why does the mistake always favour the NDC? If these ghosts claim they have to join to ensure their votes are not annulled, then all 'twenty million' people that voted for NDC should join in the suit. NDC/EC, Act like real men with balls and face your opponent in court. NPP has made it clear they want the case heard in the open - the whole world needs to know who is telling the truth. WE ARE TIRED OF THIS CIRCUITOUS ACT NDC!

We all act like Ghana is it. Take a ride from Kumasi to Obuasi. Take a ride from Kumasi to Bibiani. Take a ride from Kumasi to Sunyani. Take a ride from Kumasi to Techiman and take a ride even from Kumasi to Accra. Sure you will not find a mud house. Places like Nkwaankwaa, Kwapia etc are not in the Ashanti region, sure.

Secondly,all this joinder applications has no basis in Law as the constituition is straight forward on this.Disenfranchising in the constituition only means not allowing one to vote if he/she presents himself to vote.Disenfrancising cannot be misconstrued to mean annulling of votes.All election process has rules so when a rule is not followed,cancelling that votes do not amount to disenfransement.
Thirdly,Someone could have come out to say all votes that were rejected also amounts to disenfransing those people that voted.So that is why CI75 was passed as the law to govern election 2012.

This is at the height of lunacy to think that the affected people will fold their arms and watch you disenfranchise them. Members of the SC court will have to swallow poison to make such a decision. When you make unreasonable demands you get unreasonable responses. So there was no single polling station among the 26,000 where Nana Addo won that had irregularities? Not even one? Well this is the NPP version of the story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah in the 21st century.

Now the further and better particulars have been forced out of them and is public knowledge, voters whether NDC supporters or not have seen through the grand design of NPP to disenfranchise them, cannot and would not stand idle for that to happen. Just to make it simple for you, the joinders stand is that they refuse to be disenfranchised by akuffo addo who wants the votes that they cast to be expunged or throw away by the SC. Does this amount to a recognition that there were some problems in the elections? since the busia danquah came into being, they have only on one occasion that they won elections genuinely and that was in 2000 when ghanaians were fed up with the rule of jj rawlings. in 1969, afrifa and co made the grounds easily for the commanding officer of the bomb throwers of ghana, prof abrafi busia to sail through after they banned cpp activis from participating. in 2004 it was evidently clear that ghanaians did not want k4 and his looting brigade from continuing but the likes of jake obetsebi lamptey and co hijacked the duties of the electoral commission and declared k4 the winner. when the ndc challenged the results at the court, jake and co quickly ensured that the ballot papers that were likely to be recounted upon an order from the court, were destroyed. when jj wanted the ndc supporters to hit the street in protest againstk4,jake and the npp, the good old prof attah mills stood against that and conceded defeat to save lives and properties. akuffo addo is the opposite side of the good old prof attah mills. he will not concede defeat and wishes that ghana was in flames because ghanaians refused him as the president of ghana. what a big shame!

The Supreme Court does not exist to "assist any desperados to do what they want", of course not. The Supreme Court exists to uphold and interpret the laws of the land.

An injustice has been done to well over half the population of Ghana, that went out and exercised the franchise on 7th December 2012, only to have its votes stolen in the small hours of 8th December 2012. We who belong to that more than half of the population of Ghana want that acknowledged and want something done about it. Once that is done, the life of the nation can proceed and everybody should be satisfied.

What is wrong with this NDC folks and legal team?The electoral laws and constitution state that if one political party feel cheated they 21days to file they petition protecting the electoral result.NPP abide by the electoral laws did so within the stipulated time when EC was sued and NDC also join the despondent as a consent party.How could this 80 members join the writ as deponent while the stipulated required period to join the writ has expired.What document do they have to prove in count as deponent?These folks need to know that any false information is obtraction of justice and involve in prison sentences.Is supreme going contrary against their own consttution and oath to protect its laws and regulations?.Why is supreme court allow this lunatic behavior from NDC deponent.If Ghanaians may recall when NPP ask for pink sheets and collation document from EC Npp was told it is premature and NPP to provide suspected areas and code numbers to NDC by the order of supreme court.This indicate that NDC has done their home work on this areas to much EC result to avoid rigging detection.Ghanaians are not fools to trick by con NDC folks.Both court and NDC need to realise that the time for those 80 members join the writ has expired they should have done that in 21day stipulated period as the constitution demanded.Nana please think about the area code and polling station before make your move .I don't want to provide more information just think of it.

Folks don't get me wrong. The NDC is shaking in their boots; they know esp. John Dramani Mahama, that they're guilty of fraud. Interestingly, some Ghanaians lose their senses and believe all the lies that the NDC tell them. Now it's all clear! The very people who said Nana Akufo-Addo & Co., have no evidence; the very people who said "any idiot could go to court" are have gathered groups to stall the hearing process. We're beginning to hear that infact the EC had no laid down rules; that without verification anyone could cast their votes---even foreigners could cross our borders and come vote.
NDC think they're smart; it's as if 2008 never passed by. The NPP used all their evidence gathered to trap the NDC---the has become so obssessed with corruption that their brains cannot function anymore!

We thank God for courageous people like Nana Akufo-Addo, Hon. Ken Agyapong & Co., who have been vigillant, the NDC would have taken our Ghana and her citizens for fools.

Now the NDC is beginning to feel the heat; they've realised that election fraud is a big crime, that's punishable by jail sentence. But what they don't know is that Ghanaians have now seen the truth in what Nana Akufo-Addo & Co. are saying; that the EC's boss helped the NDC to cheat and deceive Ghanaians in the December elections. They started with attempt by EC officials to find signatures to unsigned pink sheets; NDC supporters have been caught trying to register more people even whent the voting is 3 months over! They hade said that they'll present over 4 thousand witnesses at the courts.

Looks like the NDC think that they can push the Noble Justices at the Supreme Court around; they probably think they're also people that they can willfully manipulate! Let's hope that the hearing of the election fraud case would start soonest!

The so-called NDC clever people have now been exposed! All their wicked plot to twist the arms of Ghanaians have been uncovered. Wonders, our elders say, will never end, and it's becoming so frightenning!

They said that elections are won at the polls but no in the court room; they said that NPP had no evidence; they said the NPP were dragging Ghana's progress by filling their writ at the Supreme Court. Now what; aren't don't they look stupid? NDC think they can find ways to delay the court hearing process. We hope the Supreme Court will not allow these NDC litigants to twart the progress our mother Ghana. Ghana must wake up and lead Africa; we cannot let our people down. But what do we read on these sites now? Insults, lies, hatred, anger, curses and all the negative things that retard human growth. Before voting every serious thinker in Ghana saw the anxiety in Nana and could confidently say his defeat was eminent. Please ponder over just a few 1: Why should Nana visit JJ? 2: Why should sir John speak for ndp when they couldn't register with EC? 3: Why should Nana announced the endorsement of Konadu just to be attacked to withdraw? 4: Why should Nana visit the wailing walls of Israel to seek the face of God? 5: what did TB Joshua tell Nana and Asabee when they consulted him? 6: when the npp cried for the fall of Jericho who fell? NPP should stop playing God. All the curses being poured over innocent people whom they perceive as evil, I am sure in God's own time he will prevail. If after all these development npp as a party felt they will win, then they need the services of a behaviour expect. Everything is not law, human behavior if well studied can solve a lot of problems. The most important respondent in this matter is the EC because it alone has been given the mandate to conduct elections and to come out with rules for conducting such elections. For the 2012 elections, the EC came out with CI 75 that essentially stipulated that all shall go through biometric verification before casting their vote. The EC cannot flout its own rules; that’s why it has responded to the petition that no one voted without first going through the biometric verification. It even cited instances where some older people were turned back because the biometric verification machines could not verify their identities. By implication the EC has admitted that, if anyone did vote without undergoing verification, the results should not stand.

Now these groups applying to join the case also affirm that they went through the verification process. So from where comes their fear that results may have to be annulled? It is only when they are saying that they do not believe the EC’s assertions or they are backing the petitioners that some people voted without verification.

President Mahama’s response, which is at variance with the EC, is hoping that even if the court were to find that people voted without verification, their constitutional right to vote would be preserved. The problem is that he cannot exercise that right on behalf of these persons. That is why these groups are springing up. The puzzle though, is that these groups are not claiming that they voted without verification, in which case they would be justified to assert their constitutional right. Hence they are crying about nothing, unless they have other motives.

The interesting thing is that if it is ruled that CI 75 was unconstitutional and that those who voted without verification had a constitutional right to do so, then those who the EC alluded to as having been turned back should also be given the opportunity to exercise their franchise. This recognition then does not make Mahama a beneficiary of an unconstitutional act (i.e. by retaining him as President), but it calls for the invalidation of the entire 2012 elections. We should note that an illegal contract is not enforceable under law.
