    Port corruption will never be cleaned up. Why? The man or gal who is supposed to clean it up, supplements his or her income with the cut officers bring them.

    Corruption in Ghana State institutions is not just at Tema Ports. It is everywhere. Clean up has to start from the Presidents office downwards. That is the only way corruption can be eradicated in Ghana.
