    quit doing like a person, your are re-finacing each old bond with new one! PAY OFF the bonds instead of doing a balance transfer!

    Good idea but won't fly unless you give them a say in the running of the country. Already they contribute in many ways to the running of the country but not recognised. Why would you put your money where you do not sow.

    The despora bond per se is not a bad idea. The problem is that the proceeds of the bound will not have the control to sheld it from the government officials' chop, chop mentality.
