If the matter of boycott by NPP MPs is to be tested through a mini referendum, then it should not be left to only NPP members but those who voted for the MPs in their various constituencies. This is because the MPs are not in parliament to represent the party but their constituencies, including even voters who did not vote for them during the December elections.

However, in my view there is no need for such an exercise. Rather, the MPs could consult their constituents and make a decision as to whether it is in the best interest of their constituents to continue the boycott. Democracy does not necessarily mean every issue must be put to the people or voters. That will result in anarchy and governance could grind to a halt.

People like him and Bawumia should please find their level; they know what I mean. Both are Northerners and have a limit of where they can rise in that tribal grouping. They are accepted to be used as fodder. The MP for Kpandai has started making noise. He is lucky that the people of Kpandai did not want Likpalmor because he had outlived his usefulness that is why they voted him. He was in his constituency and is aware the people voted skirt and blouse by endorsing him and rejecting Nana Akufo Addo. He should be careful to help bring something to the constituency or he will find himself in the unemployment market very soon. Four years is a short time.

Our leaders are applying provisions of the nation's constitution to seek redress in a matter where we all believe something went wrong somewhere. Let us unite and finish the current battle; then we can sit down and institute processes to be followed in any future such battles. Remember the ALUTA days? Become a President is different from being enskinned as Chief. Birth right is a necessary requirement. Presidents are voted and if the people do not want you, the matter is closed. Go through a referendum to confirm if what is being pursued reflects the views if the majority in the party.

Ndebugre has confirmed what we have
said all along, that the NPP leadership are out of touch with their own rank and file. They have sold a lie to their people, and are bent on perpertrating it till they are brutally exposed by the Supreme Court.

NPP leadership, listen to the voices of reason within the party before the party implodes.
