The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

We have had a succession of useless, clueless, and, visionless leaders that are slowly driving this rich country aground. How can a country that wants to attract INVESTORS, not have water and electricity supply ? I can't believe my ear what am hearing.common filter,how long do we have to wait for common filters.Does it have to take 1000years for a plane to leave Accra airport to countries like US,Germany,UK,Japan,Russia etc where we can buy filers?.Does it take a computer 1000years to find a company that sells water filters?Did Ghana water works give free water to Ghanaians and can fine money to buy filters?Its time Government have to change how most bills are paid in Ghana.All houses owners have to paid ther bills on water, electricity and property tax by cheque through accounts numbers given to them by these institutions or companies through banks.Is a disgrace that Government can pay judgement debts worth US$642million and cannot fine money to buy common filers to provide good drinking water for tax payers whose money were use to pay judgement debts.No wander Mahama want to solve the acute water problem with boreholes so that he may avoid given money to buy filters.

On the part of the boreholes system, if the Government can invest in this area properly that also could help immensely. Where I live presently in one of the advance countries, my neighborhood is not hooked to the county's water system but get our water from boreholes. Believe you and me our water is sought for in the county because the water is pump into a reservoir from the ground and goes through the water treatment system before it comes to our homes and it is hygienic, clean and sought for water to drink. In partnership with private companies, the government can start this borehole venture in areas where it may be difficult to hook them into the Kpong Water and Weija Water treatment plants. Anyway, Buddy have a good day.
