  THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS THAT FISHING TRAWLERS FROM ASIA AND EUROPE ARE DEPLETING THE SHORES OF WEST AND EAST AFRICA.HELP US TO BE ABLE TO PROTECT OUR FISHING AREAS AGAINST CHINESE AND OTHER ASIAN TRAWLERS.

  but you also have to have seasons for catch and season for the fish to rest and breed..Thats why certain times of year you can't catch certain fish or other animals in usa..Your not allow to deer hunt in summer or duck hunt..
