Does the president know that free seedlings is given to only farmers whose old trees were cut down?
what about the young farmer who does not have old farm? It will be a joke to achieve the target unless youths are involved.

Iam in to Cocoa production so I know what iam talking about. I benefited from the few trees they got from my Dad's old farms.
We were forced to take fertilizer by force and it even came at the time that the Rain stopped.
I want to invest some amount of dollars in to Cocoa farming so the government should make the policy more friendly to we the young. Ones.

Without the necessary effort by the government there is no way this target will be achieved.There are so many of these promises but the general perception is that propaganda is at play here.
