The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I think h might need other colleagu lawyers to help him succeed who might not do it for free. Also gathering more evidence and witness would all demand money. So if any one has a special relationship with a lawyer, or if there are local Ghanaian lawyers on this forum, please try and do something.

What does this mean? If the other parties in volved in this suit collude and say all the money they collected went to the now "non existent" firm, what happens then? Thank you Sir Amidu from bringing this back to the forefront. It shouldn't be a problem for Woyome because he eagerly wanted to clear his name after he was given permission to access his money. This will be the right time do to so.

In your capacity as then Attorney general why didn't you question the integrity of Woyome before The Republic of Ghana entered into that contract and why now? Mr Hamidu where were you and what kept you so long? I think your court action against the defendant lacks merit of substance and doesn't add up. On the contrary it's waste of tax payers resources. Sorry, advise yourself to be a witness instead of your present position, else you'll end up tarnish your reputation.
