kwaku you are definately right and see no reasons why the government and its security agencies look on for these seilfish and greedy okada operators do their transportation business with gfull respect for the rules and laws of the land because those who are suppose to implement and execute the laws are corrupt and lack the will power to act, hence we live in a country where lawlessness are the orders of the day.okada operators 1.Is a dangrous mode of commercial transport.2.prone to have accidents resulting dealth and injuires,3Used for criminal activities such as mugging, shooting, bombing and many more.4.they pollute the enviroment and are road menace to motorists. Its therefore very important for the government to ban these okada operators on our roads to save human lifes before is too late.

Forson, the scenario you have painted is probable but highly unlikely.....for a variety of reasons...for starters, the bad guys have to establish a beachhead in the northern regions, a base from which they can possibly plan and bring their nefarious activities to fruition; in addition, the bad guys must a core base of supporters in the north who will blindly and willingly follow and support their craziness, and let me assure you that there will be no takers in the region....northerners have a lot at stake to wade into silly religious crusades....but to your point, there is a real threat, but consider the distance between Mali and Ghana, and the many check points dotting the highways especially now that there is a threat to every nation in West Africa from muslim fanatics, governments are going to be more vigilantic than before, and any suspicious activity will be squashed with full might, and human right be damned....
