Didn't their MPs refuse to take part in parliamentary business? If anybody will betray the Constitution of Ghana, the Chief Justice will be the last soul to do so. Thus, her swearing-in of Pres Mahama was perfectly constitutional. Anybody who calls President Mahama as a illegitimate president is behaving totally unconstitutional. nPP MPs should boycott salaries and rent allowances to be approved by Mahama. When a pro-nPP group called 'Let my vote count' organized a rally at Dome in Accra, were there any legal bases for it? A case is already in court and the public is educated about it by the petitioner, does this amount to contempt of court? For nPP, there is law when they are favoured. Shameless people.

Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt.   I really don't know why John MAHAMA did not catch the games that the Okyenhene was sent to play to set him up to give the NPP some sort of moral victory just "for a day"..... Did the MAHAMA camp forget so soon that the the Okyenhene was one of the chief proponents of Akuffo Addo's "free SHS" campaign? And to know that the hometown chief of his political opponent was there for a specific purpose?

The problem is that once upon a time, a Supreme Court ruled against the Prime Minister of Ghana, Prof. Kofi Busia,(the same party as NPP)and he refused to abide by the ruling.   I think they thought Mahama would behave like Busia, one of the inspirers of the Busia-Dankwah tradition who shouted at the top of his voice how democratic he was and yet refused to act on court ruling after Sallah (an Ewe) won a case against him at the supreme court (membership of which was his own hand chosen)and refused to reinstate Salla who he arbitrarily dismissed from the civil service just because he was Ewe. The Dankwa-Busia have always been democrat pretenders since time immemorial, they are just bunch of self seekers and nothing close to democrats.

  Of all the supreme court judges only Atuguba can easily be bribed by
  John "the thief" Mahama. Fortunately, there are 8 others who are worth the description of "men & women of integrity".
  John Mahama, Afari Gyan and all those NDC & EC people who took part in this treasonable offence should be tried and punished very severely to serve as a warning & deterrent so that future elections will be devoid of such blatant fraud.
  NDC deserves to be exterminated from Ghanaian politics. That's the only way our politics will be sanitised. It is a mafia organisation formed with the sole aim of cheating to get political power and then looting all our money. The well being of this country has never been on their agenda - from Jerry Rawlings, through Atta Mills to the most corrupt & master armed robber of them all - John Mahama.

Now that he has spoken we still have problems with it. If u knew he did not have a choice why call on him to declare his support for the SC. Am one of those who believe the court action will lead NPP nowhere. There will be several elections after 2012. We shd just forget this curt action and start building the party for 2016. We shd select a Ga or Fante to lead us. The ashanti-akyem tag has really gone against us and we shd move away from it. Ghana needs the NPP to take it greater heights.

They started by saying that Akuffo Addo's votes had been added to Mahama's. Now they say it is irregularities and not stealing of votes. What next? He should rather advise Akuffo Addo who pledged before Otumfuor, Kuffuor and Rawlings and the good people of Ghana that he was going to accept the results as declared by the Electoral Commission only to come back and say there were irregularities and that he was taking the matter to the court. He has disgraced the eminent people of Ghana.

  The "Sasabonsam" party don't know what to do right now. Except that want to use their rented Media to create confusion in the country. They should wait until they hear from the Supreme Court. The NDC think cheating to achieve their desired results in elections is just a cool thing.
  
  When the Supreme Court makes their final judgement, nobody can change it. Already, Nana Akufo-Addo & Co., have stated clearly that they'll abide by the court's decision. The NDC couldn't say that until now, esp. when they're being pressured to come clean with their intentions.
  
  They [NDC] have been rigging elections since 1992; nobody challenged them---until now. Ghanaians should thank Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Bawumia & Co. for taking such a bold step to challenge the EC, and to expose their secret plot.
  
  Of course John Mahama will not have any choice except to remove his bottom from the seat of President, when the Supreme Court makes its ruling. The NDC must understand that election fruad is a serious matter that's punishable by jail sentense.

  The NPP are afraid Mahama would do a Busia on them. If Akomea and co knew that the president has no choice, why were they shouting from roof tops for him to make the undertaking. The problem is that once upon a time, a Supreme Court ruled against the Prime Minister of Ghana, Prof. Kofi Busia,(the same party as NPP)and he refused to abide by the ruling. They are afraid NDC would pay them back in their own coin. What is good for the geese is also good for the gander. So who says the SC ruling cnnot be disobeyed? A precedent has already been set by the (N)PP in the past.
