    Anyone who withdraws their services in Ghana should not be paid for the period that they did not provide service. I hope that while the poor Ghanaian suffers, these doctors' pay will also be suspended.

    well done, that is the right thing to do after all hospitals still operates when they are on strike and moreover they do not stay in the hospital but rather in their private clinics.

    Doctors are not only the important people in Gh and nbody is sufficient with his/her salary in Gh so if you can sacrify your knowledge and energy for the health or your fellows please do that.
