Lest I forget, you also remember Osafo Marfo, another of Kufuior's ministers? It is shorter and more prudent to send the sick person to 37 Hospital since it is just next door. Had they sent the Canadian to 37 Hospital, he could have been attended to to save his life; rather precious time was lost in rushing the unconscious person to Nyaho Clinic. Nyaho Clinic is a clinic and NOT a hospital; 37 Mil Hospital is a full-fleged hospital and also Level 4 Hospital for the UN.

In this instance, Golden Tulip Hotel failed miserably to have acted unwisely. RIP.
