NPP has to provide details of the malpractices as occurred at each polling station and this must add up to the total number of votes NPP wants cancelled.
The court will have to spend unnecessary time and attention to resolve this case if they do not ask for such information. This case must not last more that 6 months.
NPP cannot deceive Ghanaians that they have water tight evidence and yet fail to produce it with such flimsy excuses.
NPP cannot waste the court's time and resources. The supreme court will have better things to do than managing one political parties damage control. They cannot spend everyday including saturdays, sundays and public holidays for 4 years.
