  As the saying goes, if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Therefore, I hope the forum would address first the continuous exploitation of Ghana and the African continent. The continuous exploitation that manifests in 90/10 contracts whereby foreign companies take 90 percent of revenues from resources, while leaving Ghana with 10%. The continuous exploitation that manifests in resources taken from Ghana being used to develop western or eastern countries, while Ghana remains considerably underdeveloped. Secondly, I hope the forum would address what is seemingly a SECOND SCRAMBLE for Africa, which is being necessitated by economic woes of the West. Finally, I hope the Forum would employ standards discussion that are higher than those employed by the West in discussing their economic quagmire.
