The onus falls on the NPP to prove how the election was stolen by the EC. The EC has the pink slip to counter their claim during cross examination of the evidence given by the NPP. The court should turn their request down.

The Supreme Court will become the collation center, a good presidence for any one that loses election. Very very good for Ghana, Ghana is in trouble from now on unless the Supreme Court disallows many of these requests.

You claim that I have stolen something of yours and that you have proof. I denied ever stealing from you, so I asked you for the proof that you claim that you have which shows that I stole your property. You refused to show me the proof until you are forced by the court to produce your evidence. Now that you are being asked to produce your evidence, you turn around and is asking me to prove that the equipment that I claim belongs to me and which you claim is yours that I stole, belongs to me. Shouldn't that proof, i.e. receipt, credit card payment, etc be what I have to show to the court that your accusation is baseless and that the item belongs to me? If I can show you that proof, then what is the sense of taking me to court for stealing your property?

You people are as block-headed, misguided and stupid as your so-called leaders who claim they are lawyers but are acting like high school students.

It is only the court that can force the EC to produce the original sheets from which Afari declared Mahama the winner.

If the EC had shown NPP the original pink sheets to prove to the party that it really lost then NPP would not have gone to court.

It is a simple case, let the EC produce all the pink sheets for the judges to review and that will tell Ghanaians if NPP claim that the result was rigged is true or not -- that is the essence of the whole case, very simple.

I hope this brief and simple explanation would this time go through your bloced head.

They are in court now, and they will see the pink slips when the case is called for reddress. Until then, let them go and eat their plantain and kontomire stew, and drink some palm wine, and if they need some ganja, Akuffo Addo himself will supply the party with some.

Que 2: What has the EC got to hide by refusing to make available all the pink sheets in their possession. After all the EC is supposed not to be either NDC nor NPP. Theirs is to make available to all Ghanaians all the pink sheets even before anybody asked for them. Unfortunately what we are seeing is our EC even opposing any attempt by the NPP to gain access to the pink sheets and even the number of people who were registered and who voted abroad. May be i dont get it. But i fail to see why the referee refuses to make available to all the people of this country the pink sheets which forms the basis for declaring John Mahama the winner of the 2012 elections. I rest my case.

I believe the same figures were independently available to the media who called the elections for JDM. Same copies given to PNC, CPP, PPP, and all the others. Was it difficult for the NPP to check with other parties the results they were researching within 20 days. I believe the EC would not even challenge this request. Just giving them copies of the 26,002 sheets and save themselves the time. That will end the case for NPP.

What happened to all the noise that they had evidence that would blow minds? They are now scared to produce their fake pink sheets and are therefore asking the EC for what they claim they had. Copies of these pink sheets were given to them through their polling agents so why ask for them now?
What scares them now the most is the word 'coded' used.
I would not be surprised if at a point they begin asking for tables and chairs used at all polling stations.

The ndc should direct their efforts towards laying the legal grounds for frivolity and asking the petition to be dismissed for lacking direction and purpose.It is now becoming clear that the mountain of evidence at the npp claim is at their disposal is not there instead they have embanked on a wild fishing spree in search of the evidence to prosecute their case.

The grounds of their case keep shifting and it seems to me that the whole case is grounding.I don't think this is fair to the ndc and the people who voted for the party.The logic of litigation is that when the facts can not be assembled by the petitioners then as a matter of fairness and legal propriety,there is the need for the case to be dismissed.

The ndc must lay the ground for the dismissal of the petition for being frivolous and lacking merit.The search for evidence at this hour is a waste of the supreme courts time and the people of Ghana who can not move on because of this sham of a writ.The ndc must move for the petition to be dismissed.

If the NPP provide the details of 4,700 or 11,000 polling stations, the SC can then request the EC to provide the original pink sheets of the disputed polling stations for comparison. The NPP cannot use this petition to ask the EC for all the 26,002 pink sheets even before they have submitted evidence of the fraud they allege.

If they are allowed, then what will happen is after every election the losing candidate will file a petition and use the preliminary proceedings to conduct an audit of the elections.

The result of that rebellion is what mankind has gone through for six thousand years now: Sickness, Old Age, Death & Sorrow, Crime, Hatred, Natural Disasters, Jealousy, Greediness, Injustice, Unforeseen Tragedies, and all the Woes that mankind have had to endure till now. For six thousand years, mankind have also tried all forms of human governments- all to no avail. The plain truth that none can deny is this: That in all these forms of human rulership "Man has dominated man to his injury"-Ecclesiastes 8:9.

Just look at the way politicians behave. They get together, wine and dine secretly, wipe their mouths clean and come out raining insults on one another in public as if they were the bitterest of enemies. In doing so, they have succeeded in knocking the heads of the common and gullible ones against one another. Blinded by their zeal to fight the cause of their so-called leaders these poor supporters fail to realize that they are being taken for a ride by these greedy politicians. People "see" the need to defend the interests of the political parties they belong to, but fail to see that these same political organizations have failed to provide them with basic human needs: Food, Shelter, Clothing, Peace of mind, Security, good Health, and satisfying jobs. In fact, human rulers have failed their subjects in all areas of life.

However, Jehovah has promised in his Word, the Bible that during his incoming Kingdom Government under the rulership of his Son Jesus Christ, mankind have far better prospects- Abundant Food for all(Psalm 72:16); No more Sickness, no more Death, everyone will live in his own house(Isaiah 33:24, 25:8, 65:21-23); No more Sorrow and Mourning, etc(Revelation 21:3-5); By means of the resurrection, our dead loved ones will come back and live with us right here on this Earth(John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15); True worship of our loving, caring heavenly Father, Jehovah,and his knowledge will fill the whole Earth "as the waters are covering the very sea"(Isaiah 11:9).

There are indeed wonderful times ahead for all who place their trust in the rulership of Jehovah, and his Son Jesus Christ and submit to their Sovereignty. For them, there will be no end to their joy and happiness now, and far into eternity. As for the politicians, and all those placing their trust in them-and this include all those voting for them- their end will come very, very soon. Daniel 2:44 says “And in the days of those
kings the God of heaven will
set up a kingdom that will never
be brought to ruin. And the
kingdom itself will not be passed
on to any other people. It will
crush and put an end to all
these kingdoms, and it itself
will stand to times indefinite". If these human kingdoms will be destroyed, what becomes of their life-blood(their supporters)? Of course, we all know that when an unusually strong wind blows and uproots an unusually strong tree, nothing is left standing! The tree falls together with its roots, and "attachments". Let the one having wisdom & discernment pay heed.
