You are very right. The galamsey people and the smelly chinese are poisoning even our rivers and our forests, yet our governments and chiefs look on sheepishly because they can be bribed with a bowl of KOKO.

Who sell them the lands not the chiefs or the old landlords. These landlords do not care about the land because they have five to 20 years to live. These greedy old men know that these lands were left for them by their grand-fathers but they do not intent to do so with their children. They are the people to be blamed and not the Chinese. If they do not find the lands to do the galamsey, they will not purchase the mineral rights from Ghana govt.
The old men are very malign and should be checked by the young people
