He actually had funding from Andrew Wilson and his group and they were promised the appointment of nana Oye( an advocate for gays and lesbians). What is bad is that the President has been insensitive in appointing Oye Lithur as the head of it; she is not the right person because of her stance on homosexuality. She has vowed to defend it. But it's abominable in our society. It's immoral; it has disastrous knock-on effect on life; it will breed bisexuality in a heterosexual society such as Ghana's; in societies where homosexuality is openly practised, HIV is prevalent; it's practice is a drain on a country's resources, etc. Other people in our society can do the job as well.
