My Brother’s Case is a “Hoax” and a “Lie”— Kobla Woyome

Alfred Woyome's brother Kobla Mensah Woyome has described as a big hoax and a complete lie the charges of fraud leveled against the business man over the 51 million Ghana cedis judgment debt paid him.

The South Tongu MP has also re-echoed his brother's frustration about the slow manner in which the State is prosecuting his case.

Alfred Woyome told journalists in an angry tone after the last adjournment of his case that the delay is causing his entire family a lot of embarrassment and inconvenience.

His brother echoed similar sentiments when he spoke to our parliamentary correspondent in the House on Thursday.

"Clearly this is an issue that shouldn't delay at all because there is nothing in there, all that has been said is not true", he told newsmen.

Mr. Woyome added that "Ghanaians must realize that it has been a total lie, complete lie, falsehood, a big hoax so it is our prayer that we get over this problem quickly and move on with our lives"
