The secretary-designate is putting the onus on female students what about lecturers who harrass students? The ministry under her leadership should have a policy on sexual harrassment in higher education institutions.

The case in point is to empower NAB to stop illigal iniversities in the country which is very important forum being discussed for our future education in generations to come.I do not therefore see any reason why other contributers on the forum are arguing whether Bawumia is a true muslem\,and that if he were a true muslem he should not have joined the NPP.Is there any party which is exclusively ordained for Muslems in Ghana\.The NDC is not a muslem party neither the president who hails from the north a muslem. He is a born presibytarian-Assemlies of God menber. Please do not instill Islamic ideas into Ghana politics which is very dangerous indeed.

Well said Nana. Tony Aidoo notoriously fought male students over female students when he was a lecturer at Cape Vars. A cllasical case was when one day Tony walked to the Oguaa Hall JCR and found his "girl friend" sitting there with a male student. Tony walked straight to the male student and warned: "You are sitting on my happiness". He failed the male student at the end of the semester.

I expect Prof Naana Opoku Agyemang to set accountability standards and hold the National Accredidation Board accountable. Also, we need a more transparent and inclusive system of evaluating both the academic and administrative staff of our universities. Moreover, our tertiary institutions need to be more student-centered and come out with more innovative services to enrich student experiences on campus. Studies have shown that the more students are engaged on campus, the more successful they become. Finally, I expect Naana to lead by example. She should hold herself accountable in order to effectively hold university leadership accountable. Good luck, Madam Minister!!!
