    The NAB is not resourced to do a descent job of stopping unaccredited Universities

    The existing Universities will also have to do more to become self financing by using their massive facilities

    The secretary-designate is putting the onus on female students what about lecturers who harrass students? The ministry under her leadership should have a policy on sexual harrassment in higher education institutions.
