    You would expect that the local manufacturing would start before the ban, or soon after. Now we have banned, and now looking for a manufacturer. Our national planning is just pathetic.

    The government must implement the ban to the letter and those who flout the ban or aids its floutting should be severely punished.It is high time ghanaians learned to obey the law.
