Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwasi Prat can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Prat and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. Private land lords should be building flats/apartment with low cost loans.. And require then to keep certain % of flats for low income people in return for getting cheap finance rates! Simple construction of Spintex road has taken years and yet in shambles. Highways are constructed unwisely without pedestrian cross-bridges and sadly enough, the lights go off each day in spite of rosy excuses and raised hopes of optimism. In Akropong Akwapim where lights have been off for two weeks it spells doom for our civilization and poor leadership. ENOUGH OF THIS CRAP !

What you must not do is make huge commitments and headline-grabbing pronouncements only to come back with an excuse at the end. In Rwanda, the government has an annual "Day of National Dialogue" during which the government and ministries are held to account before the public on promises made/kept/unfulfilled and why. May be Ghana should examine that model and see if there is traction in creating a similar system of accountabilitty. It would also help us to know which ministers / ministries are working and so, it makes it easier for the president to get rid of under-performing ministers with reason and support from the electorate.

One thing the government and ALL ministers must bear in mind is that now the elections are over and 'Ghana Expects'. Of course they cannot do it alone and need to help and support of all of us. However they MUST PERFORM otherwise I will be the first to advocate for Them to be removed for lack of performance.

Politicians must know that occupying a political position of leadership, authority or office is not equal to being best qualified to do the job. They must learn to recognise and work with those in their sectors who have the technical (and administrative know how) to help them push the government's agenda. This applies, whoever is in power. I believe a word to the wise "is in the north". Yooooo, hmmmmmm, aaaaaaahh, don't say I didn't warn you.
