    Agyare, Seth is a Krobo, hence from the Eastern Region and not the Volta Region. You're right that he's a Harvard product, though.

    Where was Mr. Terkper when the ministry was paying the judgement debt. Couldn't he have advised the incumbent on the above lines to forestall due diligence in the payments at the time? Or was he waiting till he takes over?

    This is one excellent choice from the president, he has the knowledge and honesty to lead the ministry. God guide and protect you. Ghana needs more leaders like him.Congratulations Honourable.
