Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwasi Prat can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Prat and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. In Ghana we are just making mockery of democracy,we think only voting is democracy without knowing this backwardness of few people sitting down to decide who contest election is not democracy.

In this civilized world how can we continue to let few people constitute themselves as panels to decide who represent the people of a particular constituency without giving the voters the chance to do the vetting with their thumps to get the true representative for them?

This backwardness that we continue to display to deny the electorate the chance to select the best candidate among the lot is not helping the party or the country and it is the main reason why some of our MPs lost their seats in the general election.
Let us stop thinking that in some areas since it is a done deal for us to win whether we have a dog as a candidate or notwe don't care who wins,even if we think that way let us allow the people to select the best among the rest of the dogs.
Why should we give few people the chance to dismiss others when they did not play any role in bringing that individual to the party?

Some of us thought with President Mahama incharge now we will have unity in the party leading to the next election instead of the divided front that we had leading to the last election which gave us only 50.70% which is the smallest margin any seating president had in our history which is making NPP to think they won the election.

The elders in the party need to resolve all these problems as soon as possible otherwise we have more problems ahead.
We need reforms in the NDC.

Asiedu Nketia knows even if the NDC puts up an "ant" or a "mosquito" as NDCs candidate my people Voltarians will vote for these animals. You cannot do this in any of these regions: Central, Western, Ashanti, Eastern, Brong Ahafo, Greater Accra. Is it not so foolish to allow this uneducated nonentity to be so powerful and and later cry? Somebody that JJ Rawlings virtually picked from the gutters and fed has the guts to insult almost everybody in Ghana including his Saviour JJ. Not until we learn to move away from pettiness and tribalism we will always be treated by idiots like Asiedu Nketia.

Last time I heard our chiefs calling on politicians in the volta region to be more engaging with them. How will the politicians respect our chiefs when they (Chiefs) collect pea nuts from these useless politicians for they the chiefs to be telling us which party to vote for. The truth of the matter is that Ashantihene or Okyenhene will not stoop so low for politicians to use them. They allow their people to vote based on their own conviction and their people even me Akilapka respect them.

I pray that Chiefs like Togbe Afede ad the few good ones will champion the fight against voting in a certain trend in my region so that at least we get some level of respect. I am a 110% Voltarian from Anfoega and my wife is an Ashanti. My wife's family do not treat me badly just because I am an Ewe. I also made some wonderful Akyem, Ga, Brong, and Fante friends at the university. Please let us change!
