It just means more money to go for kick-backs, and this will roll in more wayomization. Prez Mahama, PapaP is not against creating jobs for the boys. But please don't put square pegs in round holes. Set up a committee of experts in these areas and choose one of them to coordinate and report directly to you.

Some of the biggest problems facing our country are nepotism, tribalism, selfishness, lack of integrity and corruption. If people are appointed to take on certain responsibilities based on anything except competence the country might as well set fire to its resources and let the people suffer. The question is what skill sets do these men possess to ensure effective and efficient achievement of the presidents goals? OVERSIZE SQUARE PEGS IN SMALL ROUND HOLES AMOUNTS TO INEFFICIENCY, AND WASTE OF SCARCE RESOUCES.
