However, to say that Kwame Boateng is "popularly known by Ghanaians around the world" is too much of an exaggeration. What about the many Ghanaians in Canada and, probably, other great countries of the world who have made similar contributions to their governments. I know Ghanains here in Canada who have received national awards for their achievements.

I am sure all Ghanaians are willing to do whatever they can to help elevate any aspiring Ghanaian anywhere in the world. But we must be realistic and fair in our assesments and recommendations.
