    Am I getting this right? THere is a fee to report domestic violence? What a travesty. This is unheard of. What on earth do they do with the money? Oh greed will kill us. Where arre the Human Rights group on this one?

    Yes Baba, its unbelievable that people have to pay to get justice for CRIMINAL acts committed against them. In Ghana, does one have to pay to report an armed robbery or assault burglary? Someone enlighten me, please
