    You have the states divided into County and city gov..Some small citys have to depend on county or state or private company to provide water and lights...State or County provides money to build roads,school, public hospitals, ...

    For starter the first 3-5 feet from road edge is considered gov property for placement of electric,water,gas,sewer pipes and wires and Americans will tell you thats gov employees jobs..Your job is to keep your compound clean!

    We've got to separate our wastes:
    Paper Bin - to be recycled
    Plastic Bin - to be recycled
    Metal Bin - to be recycled
    Glass Bin - to be recycled
    Discarded Food - to be composted
    E-waste - carefully managed
    All Other ...
