Besides The Late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, President Kufuor cannot be compared with any ex President of Ghana. K4, is therefore the only President I know, the reason why he's today involved in world politics, as the most respected Ex President on the African continent. K4, the only President I know that ruled modern Ghana.

  If Kuffour is joining in the circus show, it explains why he would name a street in Ghana after that character called "Baba," who has led Nigerian to leap into a glorious democratic and progressive system in which there is equal opportunity for all Nigerians, including the then president-elect MKO Abiola, the man who died the day he was released from prison, the man who was imprisoned for saying he was democratically elected president of Nigeria and rightfully so.
  
  What has Obasanjo ever done for Ghana to deserve such an honour of naming a street after him, when Nnamdi Azikiwe walked in the streets of Accra hand in hand with Kwame Nkrumah and wrote copiously about freedom not only for Ghanaians and Nigerians, but for all Africans?
  
  Father of the nation? Even in Ghana one questions Nkrumah as father of the nation even though he was in prison fighting for Ghana to be free. Father of the Nation? Does it mean Obasanjo fathered a nation that existed before he became a coup leader and head of state often and several times? Obasanjo is no Mandela, but even South Africans with pride call him Madiba and hesitantly but sometimes again with pride call him Father of the Nation. Remember, Mandela spent 27 years in prison fighting for South Africa to be truly free. What sacrifice has Obasanjo ever made for Nigeria but grabbing power and enriching himself and to be crowned a king-maker? The woes of Nigeria are at his feet and others of his kind, military and civilian rulers. A nation is not a family where a man could be called father. When that happens, especially when he is alive and still wields political influence, paternalism and a patronage system is sustained and guaranteed. Nigeria is in a deeper trouble than we even imagined. What next?

  please give us a hold, in germany a president is just symbolic and the previous one like the israelite had to resign for taking a private loan. germany is ruled by a chancelor and the incumbent is merkel a woman. which summit i dont know in germany, but in switzerland we have the world economic forum which i think kuffour was once invited. this is in davos not geneva, in geneva he will be in the intercontinental where his camerounian cohort spends six months every year for the past 30 years. the money the cameroun guy has spent over the past years spending could have procured at least similar building in yaounde. and to close kuffour will be next door to gh mission in geneve where after attending mahama's ceremony will have every right as a former president to acess every logistics (remember he once denied rawlings). steve and co will drive him to the bank wait on him to transact on the stolen money. people died during his tenure of office of hunger there are no roads no schools no hospitals but his money and that of the others geneva is busy constructing with something we have never seen for the past 30 years. lies lies lies God who sees in secret would continue to reward them and their generations. other dignitaries are invited to lecture and sometimes people may pay some thousands equivalent of dollars for assistance africans give standing ovasions to their crook former and current leaders. this is ignorance to a certain degree. write on what they do in the country and give little space to their external activities even when God ordered people to travel it was in their own interest not of God. even when stipulated and could be verified personal interest comes first, he is not the president of wherever he is going. safe journey and hope to see you in geneva like the last time, please avoid the rotten relative of mahama he has no ashanti royalty in him he could even snob you with the current situation he is on top. my little advice repatriate some money to buy machinery for the hands on your farm and my God will bless you for such a gesture amen.
