  Well, Spio isa member of the NDC with the qualities to be a minister and would be better for the president to consider him than those outside NDC.

  As for the appointments. I'm getting a bit concerned about the names poping up. If its not a northern name then its an ewe name. I really like Mahama and want him to succeed but he must be mindful of public perception.

Northern region, the region of Mahama currently has only one minister in the person of the MP for Tamale Central Mr. Inusah. Upper West has two Kumbour and Suelimana. Let us move beyond this tribal governance.
  What is important is the quality implementation of the policies/promises/manifesto of the NDC. God bless Mahama

In AFricau like other places if your provide evidence they would kill you.As for 2016 our measure would be on how well the government has either eradicate corruption or reduce it to the barest minimum.
