  The listing of ADB is good but should be done in a way not to undermine funding to the agriculture sector. The agric sector of the economy has not recieved the needed attention bcos of its attendence risk, but man must eat!!!. The should source save source of funding from government to help development the agric sector. The management and board of the bank should be very mindful not to handle and treat agric like any other of the economy.

  Kporzie the CEO is doing nothing, just filling his coffers and those of his cronies with huge payments. He is afraid his deeds will be public knowledge during the due dilligence. In that case, he would prefer a replacement so he can go into hiding with his loot.
